Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
All current orders for Gauntlet Gamer Gloves are pre-orders. By placing an order, you secure your spot in our next production run. Please note that estimated shipping times for pre-orders are between 2 to 6 months from your order date. We will keep you updated on your order status and notify you as soon as your gloves are ready to ship.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on your location and the best available service. Shipping method and carrier are selected at our discretion to ensure timely and secure delivery.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@gauntletgamerglove.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
